The Future Men of Tomorrow (FMOT) Program conducted by Omicron Upsilon Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. In partnership with the Omicron Upsilon Lambda Foundation, will help at-risk males learn responsibility, build self-esteem, cultural pride, and develop the requirements of manhood.

By integrating Christian values, education, business and community service, the program will give males 9 to 14 years of age the foundation necessary to excel in the home, community, school, and the work place.

Our focus is providing the “male role model” which is critically important to developing Future Men of Tomorrow.
