Welcome to the 630th House of Alpha​

During the hot summer months of 1987, thirteen visionary Brothers of Alpha Phi Alpha responded to the need of further expanding the “Aims” of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated. After months of careful planning and organization these Brothers petitioned the governing body Alpha Phi Alpha for the dispensation of establishing a new chapter in South Florida.

 

On Saturday, August 15, 1987, history was made. Omicron Upsilon Lambda along with 6 other graduate chapters was granted dispensation to organize. Located in the largest of Florida’s 67 counties, Palm Beach, Omicron Upsilon Lambda was established in the city of Delray Beach, Florida; where it continues to thrive and expand today.
